I'm obsessing over this room. I love the combination of colors and that white and black striped duvet is killing me!!! I'm thinking about redoing my room like this. Granted I don't have as much light as this room does but I don't have to paint all the walls teal. We'll see!

Joy is here!!
Baby Joy has finally arrived! She's a healthy baby girl! She weighed 7lbs and 12oz. I'll be posting pictures soon!

Please try this! Very easy!
Ingredients:
- Chicken breasts (1/person)
- Fresh basil
- Feta or goat cheese
- Honey
- Garlic cloves, chopped
- Salt
- Pepper
- Dried basil leaves
- Olive oil
Directions
- Cut the chicken breasts through the thick of them, creating a pocket
- Add salt, pepper, dried basil and chopped garlic. Rub
- Drizzle some honey on chicken
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes
- Stuff a mix of fresh basil and feta into the chicken pockets
- Add more honey to coat
- In a deep skillet add about 1/2 cup of olive oil until very hot and bubbling
- Bring down to medium heat and add chicken.
- Make sure you turn the chicken often to cook through both sides

Strawberry Vinaigrette
I tried this recipe last Sunday for my sister-in-law's baby shower and it was delicious! I had to tweak the original recipe to give it some flare-o-Meli and it was a big hit at the party.
Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 15 sliced strawberries
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 3/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of diced onion
Directions
- Boil balsamic and red wine vinegar and strawberries.
- Reduce by 3/4 to 1/2 cup
- Add sugar and diced onion
- Simmer 10-15 minutes and cool
- When cooled, gradually whisk in the oil
Add feta cheese to make it extra yummy!
